For precise and accurate quantitative analysis, however, this technique may not always be so rapid and much effort is required in specimen preparation. In this study, using 8 rock standard samples, two different kinds of specimen preparation, pressed rock powder and pressed powdered glass bead method, were examined for the determination of Fe, Ca, Mg and K. Calibration curves of wt% and X-ray intensity of analyzed elements obtained by the pressed powdered glass bead showed fairly good linear calibration relations.}, pages = {77--86}, title = {蛍光X線分析による珪酸塩岩の分析(第1報)}, volume = {20}, year = {1985}, yomi = {[ヨウ, イウェ] and ニシド, ヒロツグ and サカモト, タカブミ and ドイ, アキラ} }
