The laser pulse duration was about 6 ns and peak fluctuation was less than 7%. The maximum peak power was 150 kW at repitition rate 8 Hz, N_2 gass pressure 55 Torr and charging voltage 10kV. The optimum plasma parameter and the efficiency were estimated as 204 V/cm・Torr and 0.18%, which are comparable to previously reported.
