The value of (the angular velocity of the blade) (the radius of the blade)/(the wind speed) changes so often, that we can not always take the most energy out of the only one of these twisted blades. However, it is possible to take out more energy by rotating the blades at the joint. These relations were investigated from the results of the numerical calculation.
