It is considered that the switching is excited by a fluctuation of jet due to the existence of opposite side wall. In this analysis it was assumed that the amplitude of pressure fluctuation was very small, and a kind of lag time between the jet and the pressure was considered. The obtained results can be summarized as follows : Based on the fluctuation of pressure in opposite area, a criterion of the switching was formulated.
