| 内容記述 | Electronic structures of perovskite-type oxide mixtures are studied on the basis of the coherent potential approximation (CPA), one of the most powerful methods for random systems. A multi-band formulation is given for a typical case of mixed perovskites, ABO_3-AB'O_3,and the results are compared with predictions of model calculations. | |||||||||||||||
