| 内容記述 | Although the dry spray method is very useful method for the ceramics powder to glanulate, but it's method cost dear. Therefore, unless using glanulating, we can obtain cheap ceramic goods. And then, we tried the development of the binder and the suitable lubricant for the Al_2O_3 ceramics. In the case of this study, we used 1% PVA as the binder. The results obtained show the large bending strength, when the ratios of the composition are as follow ; Al_2O_3 : PVA : Kerosene : Aluminium Stearate・Di are 100 : 1 : (5-10) : (0.1-0.3). The sistering achieved at l600℃ during 2 hrs. The use of Aluminium Stearate・Mono introdused an unfavorable result of less bending strength. | |||||||||||
