| 内容記述 | The present study was designed to know the flora and distibution of Carex species in the plateau of Japan. The collection and investigation of Carex species in the central district were carried out during 1964-1976. As a result, 60 species and 7 varieties of Carex were recognized. Carex oxyandra, C. albata, C. blepharicarpa, C. incisa and C. lanceolata showed a high frequency in the plateau of the central district. On the whole, Carex blepharicarpa, C. kiotensis, C. lanceolata, C. oxyandra and C. siderosticta were closely connected with the habitat of plateau in the central district of Japan. | |||||||||||
