| 内容記述 | This is one of the series on duress on the nullity of marriage and this time 1 comment on Scott v. Sebright 1 had already taken up on this Bullentin No. 7 for material of case law. How could lack of consent on marriage be brought through a fear? This decision suggests that the fear does not depend upon whether reasonably entertained or not, but rather natural weakness of intellect or the particular character of the person from a viewpoint of a subjective side. | |||||||||||
